・ファイルを購入、ダウンロードした時点で利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 ・商品データを利用したことにより生じた問題や損害に対して、当方は一切責任を負いません。 ・商品データは予告なく配布、販売を停止する可能性があります。 ・日本語と英語で利用規約の文章に差異が生じた場合、日本語の規約を優先します。 ・当利用規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。 許可事項 ・改造、改変 　データ形式の変更も可能です。 ・3Dアバターを使用できるサービスでの利用 　モデルをアップロードする必要がある場合は、本人のみ利用可能な設定でアップロードして下さい。 ・VRSNSのワールド制作、動画制作、ゲーム制作等での利用 　第三者がデータを抜き出せないようにして下さい。 禁止事項 ・商品データおよび改変データの再配布、販売 ・商品データおよび改変データを購入者以外がダウンロードできる状態にする行為 　VRoidHubで利用可、ダウンロード可の設定にする事、VRChat内でアバターペデスタルやクローンを利用した再配布等を含みます。 ・商品データおよび改変データのNFTでの利用 ・商品データおよび改変データのAI学習、生成 ・自作発言 ・政治的、宗教的な目的での利用 ・他者を誹謗中傷する目的での利用 その他 ・著作権は放棄していません。 ・クレジット表記は任意です。 　していただける場合は商品名かBOOTHのショップURL(https://tasogare-dou.booth.pm/)の記載をお願いします。 ・使用報告は任意です。 　SNSに投稿する際は #幻創黄昏堂 のタグをつけていただけると嬉しいです。 ・問い合わせは原則日本語で対応します。
